Terms
Last updated 4 October 2026
These are the terms for using Last Minute Tee. They're written to be read. If anything's unclear, email hello@lastminutetee.com.
Who we are
Last Minute Tee is a trading name of R Goldring Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 13608092), registered office 120 Sabine Road, London SW11 5LX. "We" and "us" in these terms means R Goldring Ltd.
What we do, and what we don't
We check golf clubs' public booking pages and email you when a tee time you asked about opens up. That's all.
- We don't book, reserve or sell tee times. You book and pay the club directly, on their own site, under their own terms.
- We're independent. We're not connected to, or endorsed by, any golf club we list.
What we can't promise
We check regularly and send alerts as fast as we can, but we can't guarantee we'll spot every tee time that opens, or that it will still be free by the time you get to it. Clubs change their booking pages, take them offline, or release times in ways we can't see. If a club's page stops working for us, we'll fix it as quickly as we can.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Your account is for you; please don't share it or resell our alerts. We may pause or close an account that's being misused, for example by automated access that puts a load on the clubs' sites.
Free and Premium
The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Premium is £39.99 a year, £4.99 a month, or £29.99 a year for founding members, paid through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Email hello@lastminutetee.com and we'll cancel it. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Nothing's deleted.
- Refunds. If you're not happy within 14 days of first paying, email us and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
- Price changes. If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects you, so you can cancel first if you'd rather.
If something goes wrong
We're not responsible for a tee time you didn't get, a booking problem with a club, or a club's decisions. If we're at fault for something else, the most we're responsible for is what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights under UK consumer law, or anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. See also our privacy page.
