Privacy policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
This policy explains how Last Minute Tee collects and uses personal data, and the choices you have. It applies to lastminutetee.com and the alerts we send.
Who we are
Last Minute Tee is a trading name of R Goldring Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 13608092), registered office 120 Sabine Road, London SW11 5LX. R Goldring Ltd is the controller of your personal data. You can contact us at hello@lastminutetee.com.
Personal data we collect, and why
- Account and contact details, such as your name and email address, when you sign in. We use these to run your account and send you alerts.
- Where else to reach you, if you choose it: your Telegram chat, or the notification address your phone's browser gives us when you turn on phone notifications. We use these only to send you alerts, and forget them when you turn them off.
- Your alert preferences, such as the courses, dates and times you ask us to watch. We use these to find tee times that suit you.
- Alert history: the alerts we've sent you. We use this so you're not told about the same tee time twice, and to understand how well the service works.
- Subscription information, if you take out Premium. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
- How you found us: the website that sent you here, the first page you landed on, any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, one we posted on Reddit), and your answer if you tell us how you heard about us. We keep these in our own cookie until you sign up, then with your account. We use them only to see which of our posts and adverts bring people in, and never share them. You can ask us not to record this.
- Messages you send us, such as a course request or a problem report.
- Technical information, such as IP address and pages visited, kept briefly in our hosting logs to keep the service running and secure.
Apart from noting how you found us, and Facebook's pixel if you agree to it (below), we don't use advertising, analytics or tracking of any kind, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
When we share personal data
We never sell your personal data, and we don't share it with golf clubs. We share it only with service providers who help us run Last Minute Tee — for hosting, sign-in, sending email, taking payments and, if you choose it, messaging and phone notifications (Telegram, and the push service run by your phone or browser's maker) — and only as much as each needs. If you agree to Facebook's pixel, Meta receives what's described under Cookies below. If you search by postcode, the postcode alone is sent to a postcode lookup service and isn't stored. We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.
Legal basis
We use your personal data to provide the service you've signed up for (performance of a contract), to keep the service secure and working well (our legitimate interests), and to keep the records the law requires (legal obligation).
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it, such as payment records.
International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, your personal data is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@lastminutetee.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use two cookies of our own. One keeps you signed in, and before you sign up it remembers how you found us, as described above. The other remembers your answer about Facebook's pixel. If you said yes, Facebook's pixel sets a cookie of its own. Google sets its own cookies while you sign in with a Google account.
Facebook's pixel, only if you say yes
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To see which adverts bring people in, we ask whether we can use Facebook's pixel. It only loads if you press "Yes, that's fine". It then tells Meta (the company behind Facebook) which pages of ours you visit, when you sign up, and when you buy Premium and what it cost. It doesn't send your name, your email address or what you watch. Meta can link this to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one, under Meta's own privacy policy. If you press "No thanks", nothing is sent to Meta.
We remember your answer in a cookie for a year, so we don't keep asking. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or here.
Children
Last Minute Tee isn't intended for anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make a significant change, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.
